general:

I WILL draw: feral, anthro, monsters, artistic nude/nsfw pieces (only+18), simple backgrounds close-up's, humanoids, soft gore and candy gore.

I will NOT draw: content of extreme gore or sexual violence, child abuse, zoophilia, political contexts, allegories in favor of: racism, LGBTQIAPN+phobia or any type of rejection/loathing involving religion, social class, ethnicity or culture; specific fetishes (ask me!).

I as artist have the right to decline any commission proposals that makes me uncomfortable to work before payment.

You can request an alternative version of the commission in trasparent PNG format in advance.

My working days are from Monday to Friday; I don't work on weekends or holidays. I don't respond to commissions inquires on my days off.

payments

I only accept payments via paypal or ko-fi.

Invoices will be sent to the customer if the commission is paid through PayPal.

Payments only in euros.

The commission will be made after 100% payment is made.

The complexity of the character design can change the total commission price.

For commissions with delivery priority, a fee of 50% of the total value will be requested.

art process

Deadlines normally established between 1-5 months, any unforeseen event that affects the delivery of commissions will be notified directly to the client or through official posts on my social networks.

All modifications to the commission's initial sketch can be requested at no additional costs.

For any anatomical modification after the lineart (except flat colors changes), an extra fee will be required in the total payment.

I work on the final process with saturation and color balancing in the illustrations, some specific colors are subject to small modifications.

For make the process more pratical and pleasant I ask you to be specific as possible in your request (I don't bite, I just bark!).

copyright

I have the right to use or not the works on my websites.

You are allowed to post your commission on any socials, as long as my watermark remains visible.

The client don't have the right to use the commissions for commercial purposes without contact me first.

You are not authorized to edit or apply AI to my illustrations, you are suject to being exposed on my socials and blacklisted.

general

The design you claimed must not be used for commercial use, only for a personal use.

The client is allowed eventually to make any changes to the design, as long as the original design is still credited to me.

You are allowed to trade or resell the adopts you claimed.

If you decided to resell it, you must not increase the original price of the character you claimed, unless they have extra artworks.

Please, only serious bids during the auctions.

payments

Holdings can be discussed.

Paymentes is made only throught Paypal invoices in EUR.

Payment plans can be discussed.

I agree to a refund if:

I refuse your future commission.

If I exceed the deadline for severe reasons that prevent me from starting your commission.

if requested within 24 hours of payment
